This service is offered to organisations. Under this service, we use a unique research led approach to develop information architecture for organisations. This approach uses multiple sources for developing information architecture. These include: stakeholders, applications, application users and text analysis. The research led approach uses thematic analysis and grounded theory approach to develop information architecture.
The architecture is developed for each function and it approximately takes 6 to 8 weeks to develop the first draft of information architecture for each function. After developing information architecture for one or two functions, Research Help can also train organisations to develop information architecture.
